How to connect Watti and HostyAI - Step by Step:
By integrating your Watti account with HostyAI, you can seamlessly connect WhatsApp automation and manage guest communications across all your properties.
Here's how to connect your Watti account in just a few simple steps:

Log in to HostyAI
- Go to your HostyAI dashboard. Make sure you've already:
- Connected your channel manager, and
- Onboarded your properties.

Open Watti Integration Settings
- From your HostyAI dashboard, navigate to: Settings > Integrations > and select Watti
- Click on Watti and switch over to the Watti setup page.

Get Your Watti Access Token
- Log in to your Watti account.
- Click on More (top menu bar) > API Documentation.

Locate your Access Token
- In some cases, the token includes the word Bearer.
- If it does, remove Bearer before copying the token.

Add Token and Endpoint in HostyAI
- Paste your Access Token and Endpoint into the designated field and Click Connect.

Set Up Webhooks in Watti
- After connecting, you'll receive a Webhook URL from HostyAI.
- Go back to your Watti account > More > Webhooks.
- Click Add Webhook and:

- i) Paste The URL from HostyAI
- ii) Change Status to Activate
- iii) Select all three events

Final Check
- Return to HostyAI and refresh the page.
- You're now successfully connected to Watti!
Using Watti with HostyAI
- To create a new session, use a template to send a message to a guest.
You're now fully set up with Watti and HostyAI. Start automating your WhatsApp guest communication!
